Projects

Automatic inspection project

Automatic part inspection project using a Cognex vision system with ViDi technology, capable of detecting defects, validating orientation and classifying accepted or rejected parts in real time, ensuring greater precision and quality in the production process.

Integration project

An integration project that included the electrical connection and commissioning of a MINGZHI sand mold compactor. All control panels were connected and verified, and operational tests were performed to ensure the equipment was operating properly in the plant.

Equipment development

Equipment designed to cut tape into different lengths and apply the tab using heat, ensuring precision and repeatability. Its flexible programming allows it to adapt to specific customer requirements, optimizing production times and ensuring uniformity in each piece.

Inspection system

Inspection system equipped with an Allen Bradley controller and HMI, responsible for processing real-time data sent by the profilometers. It integrates Cognex In-Sight L38-50 vision for the detection of dimensional and cosmetic defects in extrusion profiles, ensuring immediate action in the event of any anomaly and maintaining efficiency and precision in production.

At Alpha Control y Automatización, we are a Mexican company specialized in the integration of customized machinery, industrial process automation, and maintenance of critical equipment. Based in Torreón, Coahuila, we provide tailored solutions for the automotive, metal-mechanical, and advanced manufacturing sectors, working closely with both national and international companies.
Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in mechanical and control engineering, covering everything from the design and manufacturing of machinery from scratch, to robot programming, mold release, inspection stations, metal structure fabrication, as well as sheet metal work, electrostatic painting, and plasma cutting services.
